Revised Legal Fees – Comparison between the Solicitors’ Remuneration Order 2005 (“SRO 2005”) incorporated Solicitors’ Remuneration (Amendment) Order 2017 (“SRAO 2017”) and Solicitors’ Remuneration Order 2023 (“SRO 2023”)
The SRO 2023 has been gazetted on 12 July 2023, which comes into operation on 15 July 2023. The legal fees have been revised and the SRO 2005 has been revoked. Hence, the comparison between SRO 2005 and SRO 2023 is listed below to highlight the amendments of legal fees.
